I'm Bri Baker, a professional chef, food stylist and photographer, known online as Plating Queen.

I competed on MasterChef US in Seasons 10 and 12, and on Food Network’s Chopped. I also spent several years in London as a senior creative and photographer for Gordon Ramsay Restaurants.

Today I'm based in Dallas, working with restaurants, hospitality groups and food brands on photography, styling, creative direction and content strategy. With more than 500,000 followers across Instagram and TikTok, I make images that work as hard on a phone screen as they do on a menu.

I’m also co-founder of Beurre Blanc, a creative and digital agency for food and hospitality brands, from burgers to Michelin stars. When a brand needs more than a shoot, that’s where we come in.
